We booked it all online and pays £66.80 with discount and when we got to the parking barrier the QR code did not work at all, we had to have a 25 min conversation with the car park staff and he couldn’t find our registration or booking number at all. He said to park up and we will sort it when we get back from holiday. When we got back we couldn’t get out of the car pack and it was the same story again, however this time I was explaining it to a different guy and he said there is nothing he’d be able to do as my details or the car’s details are not showing on the system. After another 30 mins to trying to sort this, the gent did in the end offer it as a gesture of good will, obviously it wasn’t his fault and neither was it ours as we have paid for it, however the system needs looking it, as he did tell me to always book on the Liverpool John Lennon airport site for long stay and not through park via or Wizz air
