Samuel was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Was quick to answer his phone when I called to inform him that we were disembarking etc. We did not get the car wash, but I do understand that Samuel explained there was no water, its an everday problem in SA, so no worries, but car was clean and left in perfect condition, hence the 4 rating regarding the service as advertised about the wash
Everything was as promised, I'm satisfied and happy with the service received.
