As soon as you make your reservation, the car park will take care of informing you of the time of the shuttle service dedicated to you. It is therefore important to respect the times entered during the booking process as much as possible. The shuttle leaves every 20 minutes and takes approximately 5 minutes to reach the cruise terminal.
