How does the Meet & Greet service work?

When you’re around 20-15 minutes from the airport terminal - ring the chauffeur/driver hotline number that will be provided in your confirmation email after the purchase. The chauffeur/driver will direct you to the drop off point - usually right outside the departure terminal. On your return, your vehicle will be brought to meet you outside arrivals.

A car moving service is also available. Your car can be also collected at Ciampino airport with an extra cost of 50€ that you can pay directly to a member of staff.

To book the car moving service, after the purchase please ring the car park. You will pay the extra cost directly on site.

N.B. The parking applies a nightly rate of €5 for single drop off and return between 24:00 and 05:00 am and €5 for both drop off and return in the same reservation. Regardless of flight delays or personal delays. The extra amount is payable directly onsite.
