Geweldige veilige parkeergarage, dichterbij het station kan niet!
Ik had een heel veilig gevoel bij de parking voor mijn auto tijdens ons reisje, ik zou wel graag een tip geven, om een bord aan de parking te zetten met de naam van de parking, want het was ons niet zo duidelijk of dit de juiste parking was en misschien ook in de bevestigingsmail de naam van het hotel zetten , voor de rest alles top

Worked really smoothly
No comment for the reservation itself. Just some comment about the instructions how to enter the parking itself. Instruction to dial the number is clear but after entering the lift at the parking near Brussels south station it is unclear what to do. The ticket button is at the left just when you start entering the carlift and you need all attention becUse it is rather small. Then you may have missed this button and from your sit position you are able to read a sign instructing you to push a green button first. The only button visible with some green is the wrong button. The button needed is 1-2mtr to the rear of the lift. Not the most obvious spot to search this button. Once found its easy. Kr Lou

Prima parkeerplaats. Goedkoper mag altijd. Inrijden was zeer vlot. Bij het uitrijden werkte de lift niet en moest hulp van de receptie ingeroepen worden.
Zeker een aanrader. We werden fijn geholpen toen het ons niet lukte. Auto staat goed en veilig.
In- en uitchecken via de telefoon is heel onduidelijk en enkel in het Frans. Dit mag zelfs niet denk ik. Receptionist van het hotel was niet op de hoogte van het systeem. Voor de rest: heel goed concept en een goede prijs-kwaliteit.

Ik ben heel goed geholpen geweest door de medewerkers, door wat problemen met de staking van de nmbs ben ik later dan verwacht toegekomen in Brussel. Maar de helpdesk heeft me zeer goed verder geholpen met al mijn vragen. Enige minpuntje is dat alles in het Frans of Engels moest gebeuren.
