Your new role:

It's busy and it's varied; it's a job that will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your analytical and, equally important, business partnering skills. You will be responsible for continuously tracking the performance of our websites and the success of all marketing efforts.

Your analytical focus will specifically be on how customers engage and behave with the ParkCloud websites.  You will need to forensically understand the conversion journey: how customers move from the first entry point into the site, through to the commercial trigger of a click or purchase, and everything that happened in-between.

You will need to see and tell the story the numbers are showing, because you will be expected to translate key data into insights and recommendations in an easily understandable format. You will gain insights through various tracking tools, surveys and consumer reviews. Based on the analysed data, you can build recommendation reports for current and future marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for measuring and analysing the performance of each marketing activity by providing insightful commentary and analysis through the accurate and timely preparation of reports for business stakeholders.

In order to succeed in your new role you will need

  • Experience with online advertising services (e.g. AdWords)
  • CRO knowledge
  • Experience with online tracking tools

Account Managers - various markets (Spanish and German/Polish)

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 based on experience

We have two vacancies available for a Spanish speaking and a German and Polish speaking account manager to join our award-winning company. Your new role:

You will be given responsibility for the current portfolio of clients primarily in your chosen market - either Spanish or German and Polish - in order to provide substantial revenue growth. You will be coordinating, directing and managing relations with said clients with the goal of strengthening and growing relationships. You will be the first point of contact for ParkCloud’s clients, ensuring that they always receive the best service possible: you will assess risk and quality of work done for clients and ensure an excellent service has been provided to encourage repeat business. You will manage a pipeline of cases and ensure agreed SLAs are met. You will be responsible for developing relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients to ensure their long-term retention.

You will support the deal process from relationship building and due diligence, all the way through post-contract signing integration: you will drive client engagement by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Successful partnerships are those which significantly increase not only the number of bookings, but also each booking average basket value, and, hopefully, ParkCloud’s brand awareness.

You will be based at our HQ in central Manchester and will occasionally travel to events and meet with clients.

In order to succeed in your new role you will need

  • Recent experience in account management role(s)
  • Analytical mind: ability to analyse and research information

  • Fluent in the language of your market (Spanish or German and Polish). Any other languages will be a bonus
